Cycle of the Werewolf discussion

The plot:

It’s set in a world where almost everyone is werewolf, the main character is from a family were everyone is werewolves except her. And when you are not a werewolf you work for the government as agents, that makes shore no one makes trouble when they shift at the full moon, (they are all locked up in there houses). Thats all i remember😁
