Kim, William and Victor have a final confrontation at Crestwood. Your thoughts about that scene and the revelations? How much of it had you figured out?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I admit I'm pretty dense when it comes to following the clues in murder mysteries that are researched and put together nicely. I never suspected Victor. I had William on list from the time he came on the scene.

Lisa - (Aussie Girl) I'd had a twinge about Victor earlier on. I didn't work it out but thought William could have been a red herring. He seemed too caring about his daughter to have been a murderer.

The dual murder timelines and cases was really well done.

I’m with Lisa about William. The girls’ murders were too cruel for someone like him. But, it took me a bit to focus on Wilks.

That scene was outstanding. I had no idea what was going to happen from one minute to the next. And it seemed to race by. William and Kim got hurt because it was a real fight. Held my breath until everyone was safe.

Lynn (ftbooklover) I also agree with Lisa about William. I found it to be kind of a process of elimination - Wilkes was really the only one left that it could be.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I loved the reveal of the killer. When Kim came to and saw William approaching her, I was really disappointed because I thought that meant he was the killer and I didn't want him to be it. I was very happy when he motioned that he was there to help her. When Wilks showed up right after that, I wasn't surprised. He was at the top of my suspect list.

I had that same reaction, Robin! William was not on my list of suspects so I was very disappointed when I thought he was being revealed as the killer in those few seconds. It was a big relief to learn he was a champion.
