To finish off the year we're bringing our reading back to architectural aesthetics with 'In Praise of Shadows' by Jun'ichirō Tanizaki. This was one of the very first books on architecture I read when I started uni and is referenced a lot in architecture studies. It's an enjoyable read for everyone, no matter what prior architectural knowledge you have!
