(Do people with an alliance on seperate districts have to kill each other at the end? Like Thea, Blake, Caeser, Elina, and Leto are all in an alliance, but different districts. Do they have to kill each other at the end?)

The smug look on Ember's face after she said her district proved Marin's point that D1s are snobs, but it WOULD be a good opportunity. Besides, she could always betray her...

Ember puts on her sweetest smile and looks at Mare, eyes glinting dangerously.
