How to Get Your Book Reviewed discussion

I would be grateful if you could give me a free book review. I have just had my first novel published- details below- and it is available now on Amazon as well as through Authorhouse. I am very new to all this and not quite sure about promoting it. I have had one review, from a friend who gave me 5 stars- but of course is biased! I would be grateful for an independent review .Kangaroos and Champagne
