I suggest "The First Brain: The Neuroscience of Planarians". This is a popular science book published by Oxford University Press.

That's a great series that I never heard of before! Some of my favorite authors; all sorts of topics. Thank you. The Best American Science and Nature Writing 2014 is in Kindle, too.
