Okay, I just put this on my phone and will start it this week! Looking forward to this one!
Loved this whole series. If I switch to it, I will never get through Gravity’s Rainbow. But It could still happen.

Okay, so this book was totally not what I remembered. I may have read this 15-20 years ago, but I didn't remember anything about it. I had no idea "Foundation" literally meant a foundation created to "save the world". It covers such a huge time period that you never become fully invested in any one character. Lots of politics and political manipulation both among the political and religious leaders. I was reminded a lot of things that have and are happening in this country...

I read all of Asimov's Foundation books, as well as the Robot series (which eventually all tie in) over 30 years ago and loved them then. But I was really into science fiction at the time and don't know how they would hold up if I read them again.
