Hi! I got it fixed, they just needed to be combined. :-)

I think (not 100% sure) that sometimes when books are added via the automatic way from Amazon (computer-generated not by people) the upload does not have complete details or the Amazon listing has wrong information that does not get updated in a later upload.

As for why they do not appear as one in a search, sometimes people just add a new book and not a "new edition" so the books appear as two distinct works rather than 2 formats of the same book.

At first, I was going to leave it since I found the book just fine by title, but then I thought that if others searched only by author then they might think they have to create a book page. I'm glad you could fix it.

I have no idea how this could happen but Jesse Lewis has a book that is also listed (correctly) as being written by Jessie Lewis.

Can you combine these two "Fallen" books under the real Jessie Lewis?

Hello Danielle. I asked a question of Sophia who suggested I ask you. I have been trying to review the audio versions of books I've listened to and have been reviewing under the book umbrella if I haven't already done that. But when I haven't, I'd like to be able to review the audio version too. When the audio isn't in the list of available versions who is responsible for adding that? Like this one,

All I need from you is a link to the audiobook that has the details of the book, either through Audible (like you did) or the link to the website where the audiobook can be found. I can add a new book or add a new format if it is already listed.

I was not sure where to post this but a message for help from Laina Lee concerning her FanFiction story . Message reads -
"Someone stole my story and put it on amazon, search for "The Candlelight Engagement by Sheila Gibbs ." Please help me out by posting one star reviews indicating that it was stolen from me, Laina Lee. Thank you for alerting me to this fact. I will take action to try to get it removed."

Why does there seem to be so much of this going on recently?

A whole lot of stories were stolen and published last October-November. This is the same MO for the most part. I suspect the same person/persons are involved.

You can help with 1-Star reviews at Amazon (Amazon is not in business to sell books that don't sell) or by clicking the helpful button on other 1-star reviews.

Eventually, all but 1 of the stories was removed last fall.

Yes, anyone can add a book. It should be a completed story, not a WIP or an abandoned story.

My story "Unforgivable Sinner" has been plagiarised and released under the name: The Long Journey Home by Ellen Eriksen. It is the first time I have seen a similar name to the author being used. I hope it will not create a problem for me as I have filed an infringement report to Amazon.

Hi Sam! I fixed the books so that both versions are together. The issue with the author I can't fix and I have no idea why there are 2. They are the same author and they were both created by the author so there is nothing I can do other than just make sure whatever name a book is published under matches.

She may have a reason why she is publishing under "Cass" rather than "Cassandra" and has kept both author pages here so those who only know her as Cassandra can still find her books. That is just my guess. :-)

I am so so sorry I did not see those, I focused only on the issue with stolen copies of books being sold on Amazon and completely overlooked it. I had to fix the name, there are 2 Jessie Lewis' here on Goodreads and I am certain our Jessie Lewis is not also an author of sex manuals...lol
