Book 2: For 👋🏻See ya, wouldn’t wanna be ya! - ...an MC who is down on their luck, life is going wrong, I read Down Among the Sticks and Bones.

Two sisters go through a doorway and find themselves in a land where Frankenstein (Dr Bleak) and Dracula (Master) take them on as apprentices. Gone was their privileged lives.

Book 3: For 🎉Hey! - ...has a farm animal on cover or is set on a farm, I read The Heiress of Linn Hagh. There were 2 horses on the cover.

I read Becoming Duchess Goldblatt: A Memoir for
Goodbye 2020 - Don’t call us, we will call you! - ...a phone on the cover or used in story.

Duchess uses her phone several times in this memoir.

This was the perfect way to begin my 2021 reading. If you know Duchess Goldblatt on Twitter, I highly recommend.

I read Psmith in the City Psmith in the City (Psmith, #2) by P.G. Wodehouse for the Adios Amigos! task. Psmith and Mike are best mates and they go to London and work in a bank together, and live together, and just generally get up to mischief.

- Sorry so late, Kristie. I had not booted up my laptop until today to post my link. Back to work and looking forward to 2021 reading.

I read William Shakespeare's Jedi the Last: Star Wars' Part the Eighth - for the "see ya, wouldn't want to be ya" theme. Last is in the title and I read it for the last day of the year. Leia and the rebel alliance is on the brink of being wiped out and Luke wants nothing to do with coming back and helping them.

It was a great story, and until I read the book, I thought it was the last one in the series, but there is another!
