It's four words, not letters :-)

Crystal Staley | 9 comments OK I'm going with My Best Friend's Exorcism for this one. I've been wanting to read this one for a while.

Excellent choice! I'm thinking She Walks in Shadows.

Ohh, I hadn't heard of that one, just added it to my list. Female authors and weird horror?? Very psyched.

If you haven't read Moreno-Garcia, Mexican Gothic would be a great choice for "new to you author".

Leanne Olson (leanneolson) | 69 comments I have a copy of Mexican Gothic so thank you for reminding me, I am starting it right now -- been interested in this one for a while but wanted to wait for a quiet evening.

Jamie | 41 comments I’m thinking either We Sold Our Souls - Grady Hendrix or My Soul to Keep - Tananarive Due

message 13: by V (new)

V | 10 comments Johannes Cabal The Necromancer by Jonathan L. Howard and We Sold Our Souls by Grady Hendrix.

Whitney | 118 comments I ended up reading The Grip of It for this one. It's been on my TBR, and was available as an audiobook from the library. While most haunted house books have some kind of family disfunction as a subtext, this one has whatever the opposite of subtext is. Definitely recommended.

Dana | 4 comments I plan to read The Other Black Girl by Zakiya Dalila Harris when it comes out in June. It's described as Get Out meets The Devil Wears Prada -- I'm there!

Laura Sanner | 15 comments Whisper Down the Lane

I decided to do Whisper down the lane for this one. It is definitely a back of fridge book!
