I was able to access it from the catalog. I also see that Jackie has already built a challenge for herself there.
I do see the "%" sign in the 2020 version, however that does not effect the 2021 version.
I've also successfully used your link in your message #3 ~ "2021 My Goals for This Year Are..."

Other groups have been complaining about Goodreads sending "over capacity" and "unable to find" messages. Speculation is that everyone is working on their 2021 goals all at once,

It worked! Thanks! Now, I have no excuse. I am hoping I can do one a month. I set a goal of 10 just to give myself some leeway. If I can't meet this goal this year, I am giving up on classics!
