Ok, so, I've finished part 1 and here are some initial thoughts.
The worldbuilding seems interesting so far and I'm engaged. Part 1 is not actually that long and not too much has occurred yet but it has been enjoyable thus far. I'm surprised at how quickly Bree, the main character has accepted certain things and that it isn't like her entire world has just changed in an instant. Anyway, I'm interested to see where this will head and what will occur next in part 2.

I just bought this book from the bookstore and am looking forward to starting it once I finish the one I am currently reading! Stunning cover art...
