I've started on this one for my february read and I have to say it has been fascinating. THe thought often crossed my path if our world has a whole has seen an increase in both anxiety and depression and this book is a solid eye opener in that department. I find myself wanting to reach for it every quiet moment I have to read more on what Matt Haig has to say.

Who has also started this one? What are some of your thoughts on it so far?

I'm learning so much in this book.

These are my favourite chapters so far:
Life is beautiful
Life moves pretty fast
Insecurity is not about your face
Remember
An Excess of Everything
An Ode To Social Media
How to stay sane on the internet.

What has been your favourite chapters so far?

Just finished this awesome book. While this book, personally, was a great reminder in some of the chapters and also eye opening and insightful in others, i found what drew me in more was the layout of the book. THe chapters were quite small - can they even be categorized as chapters? Maybe they're more sections.

Due to the uniquely small size of these sections, i was able to carry this book around with me anywhere and anytime I had a moment, i'd be able to read a full section and either learn something new or be reminded of something good.

Jenna | 3 comments Yes this is what I'm loving about this book. When all the kids are occupied I can pick it up and read it for a few moments but when they need me again (which is usually in about 30 second-2minutes after I have picked up a book) I can put it down and not feel like I'm just getting into the good stuff.
