Throughout the story, we get the point of view of an unidentified character who turns out to be Shane Price (erroneously named as Leo in some editions of the book). It was clear that Kim was his intended victim. Did you ever guess who it might be before he was identified? Did you remember him from Evil Games?

I remembered Shane from the previous book, but didn't think of him possibly being Kim's stalker. I thought it was someone who either Alex Thorne or Kim's mother had contacted and convinced him that Kim had somehow ruined his life.

I remember him well from Evil Games and how that awful woman Alex Thorne played with him then dropped him. I wouldn't have guessed him to be Kim's stalker it just showed how insidious Alex's Evil Games were. It was very poignant that he chose death at the end to finally get away from her. Not sure if that was a victory.. or not.

I didn’t guess it was Shane but because he knew both Alex and Kim it seemed it had to be someone from that house. At first I thought it might be Dougie. It got confusing because my edition called him Leo.

That must have been distracting Jonetta. I'm so glad the author just left Dougie as he was.

It was! I went back to the character list for Evil Games and couldn’t find a Leo. There was a Leonard but it was definitely not him.

I didn't guess Shane until chapter 40 something. He was ranting about Kim saving others why not him. He was also mumbling about Alex. Initially I thought it was the PI that Alex hired.

I vaguely remember him from Evil Games. It's been a while since I read it. I didn't guess it was him, but it was clear that it was someone who had been manipulated by Alex Thorne before.
