Definitely a strangely beautiful read, is the best way to describe Addie LaRue. It’s not a story about the twists. You can see The End coming. It’s about the wildness of the idea that Addie represents and the impermanence that makes your heart yearn for her stolen soul.

That’s the feeling that tugs you through the book. That yearning to see her remembered and her desire becomes your own. Her stubbornness becomes your stubbornness. Her passion for seeing the beauty in art and inspiring others with ideas is just… strangely beautiful.

Discussion Questions:
1) Ideas are more wild than memories. Truth or fiction?
2) What was your favorite paragraph?
3) What does this story say about impermanence?
4) What are your thoughts on the romances?
5) Is Addie still human after 300 years?
