I've seen this game played in a lot of groups and thought I'd post it here too.

In this game, you get to know others' reading habits and how they handle reading and books.

Basically you ask a question, such as "Do you judge books by their covers?" The next person who posts might say, "Not really." And then they must ask something else. It could be anything about books at all.

I'll start:

Do you shelve your books alphabetically on your shelf?

message 2: by Akshita (new)

Akshita | 253 comments I do not have a physical bookshelf. So no?

Do you take notes while reading?

No, but I have started using sticky-note-bookmark things to keep quotes for my reviews.

Do you read the ending of the book, before even starting it?

message 4: by Hannah (new)

Hannah (blurryeyedangel) I never do that. Its happened accidentally, where my book fell open to the last page and my eyes got so wide when I realized that I had just read the ending.

Do you like having a snack while reading?

message 9: by frannie (new)

What makes characters in a book interesting?

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

The cover, title, synopsis, and skimming the first few pages, in that order.

What makes or breaks a book for you, what is the most important aspect of a book to you? (For example, characters, plot, setting, or writing.)

message 17: by Catherine (new)

Catherine Sometimes, that or they have to share some of my traits or have a side character that resembles a part of me.

Do you push all the books on your shelf to the front perfectly straight to make it pretty and because it bothers you if the pages push up against things? (Very odd and specific sorrrryyy)

message 18: by Catherine (new)

Catherine Finally someone else who does that! Anywayssss it depends on the book most of the time I read through a period of time around 1-3 weeks.
