I loved the tension throughout this book because as a reader we never have all the facts, and I kept reading to try and figure out the truth. I wanted to find out what really happened, not the story as told by the townspeople, or even the family members with their half truths. However, parts of the story seemed repetitive or overly slow. And I guessed one of the things that were revealed, quite early on.
