Play Book Tag discussion

My first O'Connor .... I like dark books, but I may have met my match. Holy Smokes Flannery .... you got some demons.

Like most, I didn't really understand this book at all. Seemed mostly a vehicle for dark ideas. However, I also found it oddly compelling. It was a pretty quick read. I've tried O'Connor on audio before and couldn't do it, so reading was definitely the right way to go on this one. I just don't know that I'm at all edified for having read it.

So glad I'm not alone in my assessment of this book!

Definitely makes me grateful for my ordinary, boring life.
