Charlotte’s Web is a popular children’s book and film by E.B. White, this was one of my favourite books from my childhood. This is a classic children’s literature, and is a story about the friendship of a spider and a pig in a barn.
Charlotte’s Web main themes were the power of friendship and nature. It also contains life lessons as it shows scenes of life and death, as Charlotte had died and then Wilbur became in danger as he was sent to be slaughtered.
This novel is a great children’s book which portrays a strong message, I think it would be appropriate for children in year four, five and six.
