Skrivena stranica | 21 comments I believe there is a lot of you here who like fantasy fiction. I ask of you if you can think of fantasy books that you would say were influenced by C.S. Lewis' fiction.
I hope making this topic is not against the rules and I ask your help with utmost respect.

My series on the Chronicles of the Magic Jigsaw Puzzle https://www.goodreads.com/series/1836... were influenced by the Narnia series.

Oh, if only I could read it. It sounds like it would be perfect for my PhD thesis if my mentor agrees with it's topic (for my PhD),

But you can read it. All five books have been published in English:
The Journey of Tivo the Dauntless: Book One in the Chronicles of the Magic Jigsaw Puzzle
The Mystery of the Black Lake
The Silver Swan
The Secret of the Ice Field
The Lost Continent

Hi Skrivena, no problem with the topic, but I revised the title to eliminate some ambiguity. Cheers.

Nicholas Perez | 6 comments The Crescent Stone is one. The author actually did a series of blogposts on Tor.com following The Chronicles of Narnia.

Emmy (emmy205) | 86 comments Hello, Skrivena! I know you posted this a while ago, but if you're still looking for good fantasy series, you should totally check out the Deltora Quest books by Emily Rodda. The series starts with The Forests of Silence. These are middle-grade books, but they have a lot of depth, strong morals, and a thrilling story!

Yes, but Pullman's "Dark Materials" were influenced by Lewis in a bad sense, because what Pullman wrote was an atheistic Narnia.
