Play Book Tag discussion

This book tells the story of a white South African woman who was locked up for having a mental illness as she was having a baby with the stable boy, who was black. I felt the book was very difficult to follow, as the story matches the mind of the narrator, and it is sometimes hard to distinguish between what was the reality and what she just dreamed. This is the main reason that it is the first book I have only rated at two stars this year.
