I'm late to the game and haven't started the trilogy yet (story of my life) so I'm going to focus on Mr. Mercedes this month. I have a good feeling I'm going to really like it though :D

Late to the party as usual and I'm just now starting the first book in the trilogy lol how's everyone's reading going?
Well I am fashionably late on posting this months pick. I thought it was Ashley's turn and I was mistaken lol. Hopefully you all caught up with the Bill Hodges Trilogy and read the first and second books. If not, don't worry, you can always start on whichever book you haven't started for this month.
If you are unfamiliar with the trilogy it's about a retired detective. He left the force with an unsolved case that he hasn't really gotten over. One day the killer that is still on the loose sends a letter to our main character and he makes it his mission to find and catch him. There is a bit of supernatural in the books. It wouldn't be Stephen King if there weren't any.
Is there a way to watch these books, you ask? Why yes there is. Back in 2017 a tv drama series called Mr. Mercedes came out starring Brendan Gleeson (Mad-Eye Moody) and they created 3 seasons. Which can be found on Peacock. Not sure if they will make a 4th season, but I have Peacock so I'm looking forward to trying out the show after I finish the final book.
If you are all caught up and are ready to read End of Watch, what did you think of the last two books? Do you like the more contemporary books from King or do you generally like most things he writes?
At 432 pages this book isn't a bad length. Hope you guys are doing well.
Happy Reading!!
