Read a book with 2+ or more characters that are senior citizens.

2.3 (Tessa's task) BACK TO SCHOOL
Read 2 books
(Choose TWO of the following key subjects)

a. Reading: Any book 300+ pages

b. Writing: Main Character is a writer / journalist

c. Arithmetic: Cardinal number in title (TWO or 2 ok / "Second" NOT acceptable)

d. History: Main page genre: History or Historical (can be in combination such as "Historical romance")

e. Foreign Language: Main Character speaks two or more languages (specify)

2.4 (Mickslibrarian's task) AFTERNOON TEA WEEK

This year, Afternoon Tea Week takes place August 9-15. Afternoon Tea Week celebrates the great British tradition of Afternoon Tea and is the perfect excuse to catch up with loved ones over a cup of tea and some delicacies.

Choose two of the following options:

1. Read a book set during the Victorian Era (1837-1901). Specify the year(s).
2. Read a book set in the United Kingdom (any year).

2. Read a book that is primarily the colors of your college or high school - e.g. my high school red/white - my college blue/gold -(do not worry about exact shades of your colors

3.1 (Tessa's task) LEO THE LION
Read 3 books

1) Read a book whose title begins with a letter in LEO (Exclude leading articles: A, An, The)

2) Read a book whose author’s first and last initials can be found in KING OF BEASTS (letters may be used only so often as they appear in the phrase… so 2 “S” but only 1 each of the other letters)

3) The Lion is one of the “Big Five” in safaris. Read a book with a ‘5” in total page count OR in original year of publication.

5.1 DOG DAYS OF SUMMER
Read 5 books

Dog Days traditionally refers to a period of hot and humid weather during summer months of July & August.
