XV The Soul Catcher
- [ ] Oh man Elias why don’t you come out stronger, what else will it take to trigger more of Elias I wonder ?
- [ ] But I do hope Laia’s mission to find more info about the Nightbringer is successful

XVI The Blood Shrike
- [ ] Oh no! Where’s Zach! He was with the nurse wasn’t he! I can’t believe how close the assassin got to them!

XVII Laia
- [ ] Wow she really talked to him for so long, but I am so proud that she did. He will breakdown bit by bit. You can see it especially since he called out her name like that when she was in danger
- [ ] But this storm is pretty scary and her visions are becoming more frequent too

- [ ] Oh no! If the Waiting Place is rotting away what does that mean for Elias ?
- [ ] It’s interesting that all the ghosts are seeing this maelstrom, could crossing the river be their doom instead of finding their peace?

- [ ] Damn it Elias why didn’t you let the efrit king tell what he saw! I am not trusting Mauth one bit
- [ ] Hmmm so the suffering of the ones passed on goes to this sea of suffering, and Mauth might be planning to unleash it to the human world. He must be working with the Nightbringer as well!

XXII The Blood Shrike
- [ ] Oh my goodness Faris! Why you too?! 😭 I really wish people wouldn’t just die but then I guess it would have been Harper who would have sacrificed himself for Helene!
- [ ] Now Helene better take Faris word and put Harper out of his misery!

yeah that was definitely unexpected, but how did he get out of it without dying like Shaeva?? is there a way out of it?? maybe Elias can get free...
and yeah, what happened to turn him from someone who loved humans to someone who kills them for fun... so unnecessary. he really is a monster.

i don't know, i'm really worried about this rot... what is causing it, and what does it mean for both Elias and the rest of the world??
and i've always wondered what Elias forces them to cross into... maybe we'll find out soon. i'm definitely worried about what the jinn are doing to the souls that don't reach the Waiting Place, because i don't think they're living happily in their after-lives...

ahh i know... they'd be so damn cute... Helene is just pushing everyone away :((. and she must really miss Elias as well... they were cute friends. but yeah, Faris even saw it, surely Helene decides to let Harper in now! poor Faris :(( he was such a cutie.

hmm yeah i can't decide either... i think it's an ally, but it's also definitely keeping secrets, which is never a good thing. it must be a pretty big secret too... i'm worried for what the big reveal will be.

oh definitely, Mauth is 100% not an ally for Elias or Laia and he therefore is suspicious as hell haha.

No don't be sorry, school is far more important, don't worry we can ways bump up out BRs for the next month's coming so don't think you have a deadline or anything. We will get to the books we want to read when we get there. Aren't no rush :)
