Sci fi fantasy book involving billionaire playboy and wytch (book spelling) from another planet. She tells him he is a warlock and needs his help. He modifies a jumbo jet for interplanetary travel and goes to help save her planet after being tutored jn his powers. On planet he shape changes to help complete bus mission. It was a paper back with I believe a pterodactyl and a man on the cover.
