Book Club+ MPC discussion

Hi everyone,

If you are joining us for our Fall selection, Once There Were Wolves, we are now at Chapter 11-12. What are your thoughts so far of the book?

Inti had stayed at Duncan's house. In the morning, Inti decides to walk back home. Duncan is no where to be found. As she walks, she comes across a dead body. It is Stuart Burns. Inti is afraid for the wolves, because she knows that everyone will blame them for Stuart's death. They will hunt them all down. She is angry for his death, not because of the person he was, because she knows the fate of the wolves is now in danger. Inti doesn't believe the wolves killed him. She thinks someone murdered Stuart, or they knew that the wolves would be blamed and took care of the wolf situation. Inti decides to bury the body.

Inti buries Stuart. She returns home to Aggie. Inti is thinking about what to do. Should she tell Duncan or will he think she did it, considering her past with him. She also considers the thought that a wolf could've killed him. Inti returns to the pharmacy and gets a pregnancy test which eventually says positive.

Inti has found Stuart dead. Who or what killed Stuart? Inti doesn't believe the wolves did it, if not them, who? Inti buried Stuart, will someone discover his body? Inti has a positive pregnancy test? What does Inti do now? She is worried about Aggie, the town finding out about Stuart, the safety of the wolves, now she has a positive pregnancy test. Can Inti handle all this pressure?
