Hello! Now that we are getting a little more busy and people are starting to be a little more active (thank you!), I’m starting to need some help so if you would like to be a mod please fill out this application!

Why would you like to be a mod: I absolutely love the books this group is based off of, and have been looking for a similar group for a while. I'd really enjoy being as involved with this as possible.
What is your time zone/how active are you: I'm in the Pacific Time Zone, and am typically active about 7-10 hours a week. That may change, since a lot of activities I'm involved in recently began taking a lot of my time again. [For a bit of perspective, I spent 18.5 hours at school over the weekend last week.]
Have you read the splintered series(its fine if not): YES! TEAM MORPHEUS!!!
What do you think are three of your biggest strengths: I'm good at keeping a cool head in an argument, and can break up fights if necessary. I'm a pretty creative person, and love to design/draw/write/do just about anything and everything. I'm also good at working on a schedule, and get things done in a timely manner to the best of my ability.
What are three of your biggest weaknesses: I don't speak human very well. Here's what I mean by that: I don't really pick up social cues, and have difficulties interacting a lot of the time. Mostly, I stay in the background. I'm also very busy in real life, and have to put that stuff first, no matter how much I'd like to just sit at a computer all day and interact online. And lastly, Doormat Syndrome. >.< Going against anyone, or dealing with conflict is difficult for me if I'm directly involved. I find it difficult to say 'no'.
What do you think you can do to make this group better: Hmmm... Well, I guess that, like any mod, I would be helping the group to run more smoothly if I was picked.
What ideas do you have: Well, I was thinking about the different areas... Maybe we could add some that are specifically from the book? (Like the tree with the maze on it in the 'We have the keys!' scene? Or like looking glass world?)

What do you think are three of your biggest strengths: being bold courageous and always up for a challenge
What are three of your biggest weaknesses: my anger issues depression and past
What do you think you can do to make this group better: help invite more members improve what needs to be improved add suggestions and help other members with problems they have
What ideas do you have: to get more members to join advertise the group and improve

Because I love this group and I can't wait to read Splintered, and I really want to help this group get going and help it grow bigger

What is your time zone/how active are you:

My time zone is CDT, and I'm on one or two hours every day, usually more on weekends

Not yet, but I'm going to the library today and I'm going to try and find the first book :)

What do you think are three of your biggest strengths:

I think three of my strengths are looking at both sides of the story, for example if there was and argument between members or something similar. Another one of my strengths is my creativity and my eye for details in characters, because I like to make sure characters meet the group's requirements before approving them. Finally, I love making groups and topics look beautiful and neat, and I like adding short descriptions of what a topic (whether it be for roleplay or creating a character) is about to help the members of the group

What are three of your biggest weaknesses:

In all honestly, I tend to avoid and ignore situations I don't know how to handle until I figure out how. For example, sometimes I wait to correct characters because I don't want to be rude when I ask a member to correct their character's profile. Another one of my weaknesses is that I'm not on Goodreads as much as others might be. Finally, I think I might be a little too nit-picky when it comes to characters, but at the same time that might also be a strength.

What do you think you can do to make this group better:

I think a bit more organization and maybe consolidating a few topics together would be nice, but that might just be me because organization is what I live for. ANyways, I could also make a masterhead and a picture for the group if you want :)

What ideas do you have:

I think having a Red and White ball would be fun, where every year (or two years, or five years, etc) the two kingdoms join together in either the Red or White castle (It would switch every time there's a ball) and have a dance. It would give the two kingdoms a chance to get to know eachother, which I think would be cool :)
