Ikr I got some of the minor plot twists but the ending and the way there's a perfectly good explanation for all of it was just incredible

So I finished Chapter 1
All the names are overwhelming but here's the list I made

2. Jacquline - Linnet's bff, she was engaged to Simon Doyle

3. Joanna Southwood - Linnet's secretary??

4. M. Gaston - we see him as a server at the restaurant serving Hercule Poirot

5. Tim Allerton - Joanna Southwood's second cousin, they gossip together. Stock market boy

6. Mrs. Allerton - Tim's mom

7. Mrs. Robson -

I literally don't understand wth they were talking about, sorry.

11. Andrew Pennington - He saw that Linnet got married, called no 12, and planned to go to Egypt (for some reason)

13. Willian Carmicheal - no 14's uncle. 13 and 14 see Linnet's letter about Pennington being on the same trip as her. they run to Egypt asap. Also, we don't get to see the full letter. He cuts it off by saying "that's all that matters"
