It's never too late to learn something new! This could be a book that teaches you a new skill, or a book on a period of history you've never studied. Or maybe it's a book about a topic in science you've never explored or a biography about a person you've never heard of before! Go on a learning adventure!

It was not a subject that had interested me - the hospitality industry in the United States from ~1880s ~1960s - but I was glad to have read it. I had never heard of Fred Harvey but, based on what I learned from this book, a lot of the business's practices and attitudes were influential here in my home state of New Mexico.
