Brandon Pilcher | 2 comments I would like to promote my first published full-length novel Priestess of the Lost Colony, an action-packed multicultural tale that combines alternate history and magical realism. It is set during the Bronze Age in an alternate timeline wherein the ancient Egyptians colonized Greece, with the protagonist Itaweret being an Egyptian priestess from the colony. When Mycenaean Greeks under the leadership of the tyrannical warlord Scylax sack her home and enslave its citizens, Itaweret must do whatever she can to liberate what remains of her people.

Erriel Roberson | 4 comments Congratulations, Brandon! Sounds very interesting. I did a lot of studying regarding ancient Egypt and spent two weeks cruising the Nile almost 30 years ago. The novel concept sounds ambitious in the best way! It's a shame this group has seemed to slow down to almost inactivity now. Good luck! I will look forward to checking this out.
