Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Most people who fall sick with COVID-19 will experience mild to moderate symptoms and recover without special treatment. However, some will become seriously ill and require medical attention.

Of course, none of you knew that information - it's not like it's been pummelled into us from left, right and centre for the past... ohh almost 3 years!

Thank you Brenda, it has been slow getting my energy back, but grateful to be on the mend and looking forward to soon getting my booster.

My daughter and her family have it at the moment, and she said the absolute draining of energy, the fatigue, is dreadful! Her doctor also told her getting the booster around 4 weeks after the bout of covid boosts the immunity much more :)
