I hope you and your family get the medical care you need.
Best Wishes!"
Thanks! Mom's been a wreck - first breaking her foot last August (still recovering) and recently getting pneumonia. She's doing good though - she might need another round of antibiotics, but she's way, way better than she was. Bro, who is disabled, is no worse, but it takes 2 people to take care of him ordinarily so it's tough.

My attempt to keep restraint on my buying came to an end this week with the fabulous Audible sale. 70+ titles although at least 15 are novellas. It's hard to feel guilt but it is killing my $400 annual budget for audiobooks. Pretty much limits me to using my last 2 free credits and quitting my membership for awhile. Again. I just rejoined a week and a half before this sale with a tempting 'come back to us' offer!

Man with the Golden Torc by Simon Green was recommended by late sister and outstanding fantasy.
Life is getting more or less back to normal. Read or listened to over 2000 pages, so improvement! Right now, mostly working on cross stitching and downsizing. I don't use my Fire tablet much and discovered I can load cross stitch patterns on it and stitch from there. Yay!
Downsizing continues. Current focus is to empty and eliminate a bunch of particle board bookshelves. I already got rid of the easy stuff, so it's a bit harder to part with it. However, at least 2/3rd of what is in the main basement room has to go. Do I really need 12 blank books when I only use 2? LOL

Continuing to work on this series. Still have 18 books published by 2019 to go.

Some months are just that way. Mine was in March. I don't think I completed a single book, even though I read a few pages every day.
You'll get your reading groove back :)
