This book is definitely a sleeper in the beginning. I’m interested in seeing how it picks up as I continue reading.

The book is becoming more entertaining as I read on - I’m hoping it continues with this pace.

I almost couldn’t put it down tonight - reading shall continue tomorrow but discussing this book will be a lot of fun!

“When The Stars Go Dark” left me with many mixed emotions. A book has not had that affect on me for quite some time, but with this book, that means both good and bad. I’ve discussed this on the podcast but there are a few things that this book does incredibly well and a lot of things that just absolutely miss the mark. If this book was given more time and our author had taken out unnecessary scenes, characters and plot points - it could have been more effective and interesting to read. A book shouldn’t take 30 chapters until you become fully invested. Again, not everything about this book is negative but, unfortunately, there are more negatives than positives. This book could potentially be a good read for others but to find out for sure, make sure to tune into the first episode now on Spotify, Podserve and soon, Apple Podcasts!
