1. What is the best and why, among these 3 versions:

- "Psycho-Cybernetics: Updated and Expanded" 2015
- "Psycho-Cybernetics (Updated and Expanded)" that is in presale when I write this post, launch in September 2022

2. Do you recommend the trainings that Matt Furey offer in the official website of Psycho-Cybernetics Foundation?
