How is the challenge going for everyone? Have you completed a whole generation yet? I have completed Gen 1-2 completely and almost finished with Gen 3!

And to answer your question, Travis, I have just kind of been going back and forth with what I catch, finding whichever prompt best fits the book I've most recently finished.

The Pokémon challenge has gotten an update! Now, you can catch Pokémon from every generation. You can still go generation by generation if you want or jump around. This page will be where you add your updates. No need to worry about a monthly or yearly one, this will stay up for good. Below are a few rules for the challenge:
-This is more of a Safari Zone type challenge, so you do not have to catch Pokémon in evolution order
-Prompts will not be the same within the generation however, different generations will and may have the same prompts from another generation
-No doubling up on prompts
The following link is for the new complete master list that contains the Pokémon name, the prompt needed, and spaces for you to put which book(s) you read for a prompt. The individual list have been retired but if you still want the old list, please message me and I can send you the link to them. You should be able to use the link and make a copy of the list so that you can edit it.

Please let me know if you have any questions or see any mistakes within the PDF. As of December 2024, this is a complete list of all Pokémon throughout the different generations.
Post below letting us know what you read and what Pokémon you caught!
Happy reading!
