fiction files redux discussion

Ben wrote a picture book! And it's GREAT! The book came out yesterday and we got ours in the mail and read it to Phoebe. She is only two months old she but she was absolutely captivated by the drawings and the colors. I know it's a book we will read over and over again as she gets older and I look forward to when she can read it to us!

Also, even though it is a children's book, it is unmistakably Ben's voice. I love his writing. It's whimsical yet realistic. And a little bit sad. But this has a happy ending! Yay!

. . . owen loved it! . . . we're gonna read it again this weekend at the cabin!
