I finished reading The Westing Game and posted my review (careful, it has a bit of spoilers). It was a delightful book.

Doua Ahmed | 4 comments So far I've only read until chapter 3 (because school) and tbh it was kinda boring at first but I started getting into it. I really like the book so far mainly because of the way the story is written with imagery so I can imagine the setting in my mind.

M | 1 comments I’ve read 75 pages so far, and I won’t lie, I’m kind of used to books moving a faster pace than The Westing Game, but it’s not bad (once you get to how slow everything progresses throughout the book). I’m however very excited to see what’ll happen. The characters are slightly weird if I’ve to say so myself… Gets slightly confusing but as I’ve mentioned, I’m excited to find out who the murder is.

L | 7 comments Till now I've only read 20 pages (bcs of school)
But so far i kinda like the book and I'm pretty excited for what's going to happen.
The book isn't my style but the way the author describes the scenes is indeed amazing, it helps u imagine what happened and fully understand the book.

Maya | 9 comments I’m in page 24 and it’s a really interesting book which gives off ominous vibes like something scary or bad is gonna happen at any moment

Mariam | 3 comments I read about 68 pages so about halfway there and at first it was kind of hard to understand because there where a lot of characters so it was kind of confusing but after some chapters it started getting interesting and suspenseful and I LOVE it now and i think ill finish it in a couple days lol.

So true!

Nada <3 | 8 comments Personally, I felt the book was a bit complicated and the information was all mixed up at first, I couldnt keep up in the very beginning, however as I started flipping through the pages more, I found the information to all be adding up and I could finally visualize everything that was occurring. I was also able to predict some of the things that happened, however that didn't diminish or lessen my enjoyment for the thriller and the suspense of each turning page. I have read about 24 out of 125 pages, I would say the pace is a bit slow, but I really liked the ominous vibes of the book and the setting !! My favourite character so far is Turtle Wexler, she reminds me of my past you get rebellious self which gave me a bit of a laugh despite the book being a mystery, kind of ironic ! Nonetheless I enjoyed it so far and I'm def willing to continue the book !

Jana Ayman | 6 comments (Spoilers ahead!) I’ve just finished reading this book and I consider it to be one of the best mystery novels I’ve ever read. It started out a bit confusing but it got interesting once I started to connect the dots. It contains multiple plot twists, which are my favorite aspect of a book. The characters are strange but interesting. My favorite character is Turtle Wexler, she’s very intelligent! The book's sole flaw was that Sam Westings' death was later shown to be a hoax, which made it seem like a waste of time. But in general, it's a fantastic book!
