What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this series of books between 2018-2020.

This book is set in the times of the Battle of Bosworth, and the power struggle between Henry III and Edward I. Its a story about a monk who meets a nun, following a fight with a knight, he runs away from the monestary with the nun and is taken in by a noble family and becomes an archer. The family is called to support the king and the monk fights in many battles to support the king.

The nun was left in the nunnery by a nobleman, she develops and understanding of medicine and operates on the head of the noble family, repairing a fissure and saving his life. She goes on to help on the battlefield saving many lives.

The couple marry and in the second or third book end up in the Netherlands before returning to England for the final battle.

Is it the Kingmaker series by Toby Clements? The first book is Winter Pilgrims.
