Poe was transported in his unconscious state to a real laboratory and placed into a holding cell where they could monitor his vitals. They were waiting for him to wake up so they could start running tests.

Poe began to slowly wake up, painfully.

The scientists all began conversing quietly and writing things down.

((I'll be honest-
I have no idea how to proceed with this.
Scientific role playing is not my forte XD))

((Just uh- idk- Try-))

Poe realized he was in a white blank room with a special glass front.

((Hmmm....thinking....thinking....they'll probably want to draw more blood....and maybe get some hair and skin samples....))

One of the scientists carefully stepped into the room through a secret door and proceeded to pull out a strand of Poe's hair. Once this was done ((*sighs sadly* sorry Poe....)) she pulled out a knife and sliced off some of the skin of his arm, quickly bandaging it and then leaving as fast as possible.

((Oh btw it's the scientists that notice multiple large white streaks in his hair- since he had started the transformation and the demon's hair is white :D))

((Ahhh, okay! Gotcha!))

((should the room be sound proof? as in he can't hear anything and the scientists can't hear anything from him?))

Poe sniffed the bandage on his arm and turned his head away from it.

((Hmmm....that's a good idea!))

The scientists had the speakers for the room off (if they were on they could hear Poe and vise versa) as they conversed about their findings, noting his hair color and such.

((So, is there an end result to this? Like....what are we building up to?))

((Idk- i think this could go on a couple of roleplay years-))

((Btw the scientist picked a brown hair not a white one))

((O-o YEARS!!??

Okay I'm using my back up plan then-

Kaylee or the gang breaks him out))

((Oh, I figured...
They can just see the changes in his hair from a distance though))

Poe got up and screeched in pain.

((Lets just say they put a shock collar on him and one of them accidentally pressed the button ;w; ))

((And yeah-))

((Okay!))

The head scientist growled. "Who pressed the button!?" A short little man raised his hand sheepishly. "You're fired! Get out of here!" The man left. She others looked amongst themselves nervously.

The white in Poe's hair had suddenly shown up, and had somehow spread a bit.

"He's changing! Everyone hold down your positions! Get ready in case we need to use the collar!" The scientists ran to their places.

The change happened in a flash, one second he was a human being, the next a demon with white skin, black and white eyes, white hair, and black horns.

((yah uh- they may want to use the collar- but that'll provoke him unless the pulse is strong enough to knock him out.))

There were a few scattered screams, but the head scientist assured everyone that the glass to Poe's room was unbreakable.

((Oh- Alright))

((Oh but what about the walls, hm?))

THEN....they pushed the button for the shock collar. "Three million volts!" One man called out. "That should do it!" Another shouted.

((The walls-?
Concrete I believe))

((is that the max?))

((Ok that's a problem cuz Poe's demon's crystal powers can corrode Concrete-))

((Um...hmmm...titanium would be better-


THE WALLS ARE MADE OF TITANIUM!

That is the max))

((BUt thats the only rock it can corrode-))

((Oh dear- the scratching the surface volt is only 200,000,000 ;v; ))

The shock collar barely did anything other then annoy Poe even more- a spike of crystal (Stabby stabby) attacked a scientist.

((Jk jk it's 1 million))

((GET A STONGER BUTTON_))

((Demon form volt for knocking out: 4m
Human form volt:7,000))

((Sedatives also work on the demon form no matter if they're strong-))

((WAIT-

Now I'm confused-

Ah, never mind.

Onward!))

The scientist fell over and promptly passed out from sudden bloodloss (because I don't like him) and another scientist quickly pulled out a tranquilizer gun to shoo Poe with.

*shoot

((shoo- no just grab a frying pan and whack him-))

((XDDDDDD

Is a cast iron skillet heavy enough?))

((Nah XD you need one of those giant pans they use to fry alot of fish with))

Poe aimed the next crystal at the scientist holding the gun.

((Ahh, okay gotcha XD))

One of the scientists, who happened to be a chef for a seafood restaurant, had the perfect solution. He sneaked into Poe's room through the secret door and whacked him over the head with a giant frying pan.

((OK WHAT__))

Poe fell over, and changed back, but the middle of his hair was now entirely white, the chef had successfully knocked him out.

((I'm am just quietly dying while typing all this XD))

The chef/scientist walked back out of the room and set the frying pan down on a nearby table, while the others clapped him on the back and congratulated him on his success.

((Oh also the shock collar will go off if he goes too close to the door or too close to escaping the building- like-it activates again at the wired fence))

((Right, right! Extra security measures))

Poe eventually woke up and glared at the scientist who had knocked him out.

((it might be good to chain him to the wall for the rest of the day.))

((It shall be done))

The scientists quickly got into Poe's room and chained him to the wall, resisting his angry thrashing and yelling, then went back out the door.

Poe continued to yell in a language nobody in the room could understand, even though the coms were off.

((I have to go get ready for bed, I'll be back in a couple minutes!))
