◇ Parnormally Abnormal ◇ | 3 comments I am not talking tragedy here. I am talking Frederik Backman here. Happy and sad tears mingling throughout. Any recommendation related to this will be appreciated.

kittykat AKA Ms. Tortitude | 398 comments TJ Klune is one of my top 5 authors and definitely fits the bill as many (if not all) of his books are thematically strong as well as entertaining.

The ones I've read so far that are particularly both angsty and funny are
The Bones Beneath My Skin by T.J. Klune The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Klune Under the Whispering Door by T.J. Klune and
Wolfsong (Green Creek, #1) by T.J. Klune the whole of this series, including the freebies on his website, which is very angsty and dark BUT is also really funny, with the last book being the funniest one of the entire series.

He also writes non SFF books and is equally great at whatever he turns his hand to.
