Kind of sounds like The Loneliest Girl in the Universe by Lauren James. I don’t remember all the details, but she’s born on a spaceship where everyone else dies and she’s left alone.

It's not Loneliest Girl in the Universe, there wasn't a love story in the one I'm thinking about. And at the end it turns out the spaceship hadn't left earth. Thanks though
