What do you think Rosemary is running from?
What do you think of Lovey's pro and con list to having a body?

No idea what Rosemary's running from. Family drama in some form probably.
Lovey's pros and cons make sense to me. Having never not had a body myself, I can see the concerns a being that is used to not having one might have. Processing power is definitely a negative.
I'm in for this one, probably starting it later today. I've read a lot of accolades about this book but I confess I don't know much about it. More thoughts soon...

I started this one tonight and read the first 50 pages. I’m having such an enjoyable time sinking into this book and beginning to learn the characters. I do wonder what Rosemary is running from. (view spoiler)

This one’s been in my TBR list for a few months so now seems like a good time to read it.
I’ve made it to page 104, so any further comments I made will be in the mid-book discussion, but I wanted to stop here and mention that I loved Lovely’s list of pros and cons about having a body. In fact, her whole conversation with Jenks was really a delightful scene (view spoiler)
I am excited to listen to this book when the copy becomes available, I am second in line currently. I think I may have to wait until Sarahkat is done since she got it first at our library. Since I have only read the book description, I cannot really answer the questions just yet. But SarahKat's comment about it having firefly vibes has me even more excited.
