It's been two weeks, so I'm bumping. The ebook edition still needs to be added. I'm reading it at the moment so I would hugely appreciate any help with this.

It's been (slightly less than) two weeks, so I'm giving this another bump. I just finished reading the book, so if somebody could please add it so I can add it to my Read shelf, it would be hugely appreciated.
