♞ Pat Gent | 342 comments I think I may have done a goof.

I posted my first 1.3 book as soon as I got it read, which was before the bonus task was put up.

When I finish my bonus book, can I just post it as a separate posting?

Yes, no problem 🤓

Mickslibrarian | 456 comments Do I have to read the first book pick for 1.3 before I claim a bonus book for same task?

♞ Pat Gent | 342 comments I'm on track to finish one last 2-point task with my last read for December, but time is bearing down on me hard, so we'll see if that happens. Right now, between the grocery store, the laundry, the livestock, and getting my vehicle vacuumed out ... there's just not too much of me left to go around!

You say Our second annual week-long Read-A-Thon will take place Friday, 12/24/21 Christmas Eve through Friday, 12/31/21, New Year Eve.

• We start at 12:00 am (midnight) Saturday, 24th (morning) and end at 11:59 pm Friday the 31st (night). :D

BUT ... Dec 24 (Christmas eve) was on SATURDAY / and Dec 31 (New Year's Eve) is on SATURDAY.

So are we counting Friday to Friday .... or Saturday to Saturday .... Or Friday 12/23 thru Saturday 12/31?

♞ Pat Gent | 342 comments As much as I love points, and as much as I'd like to cross that 2,000 page threshold, I'm just flat out of steam. So I'm posting my last task out and calling it good.

Thanks for hosting such a fantastic challenge again this month, Diana. I've gotten a TON of books cleared off my TBR shelf since joining the monthly challenge group. It really motivates me to read, which I always need a push to make room in my schedule for.

My western dressage show circuit starts again at the end of January, so while I will still be playing, I won't be killing it quite so hard as I've been able to do the past couple of months because I plan to be killing it in the show pen.

It's been super fun, and I'm looking forward to another round in January -- we ARE playing in January, aren't we?
