I actually saw someone do it on TikTok and thought that's a good idea. It wasn't for series just for main TBR books but I really struggle to finish series so thought I'd do it for series.

This year I'm also going to do bimonthly TBR's instead of monthly. Then if I have a bad reading month I have the next month to still make a dent in the TBR

Ooh let me know how you find The Adventures of Amina Al-Sirafi Kay, I think I'm going to read that one fairly soon. I'm planning on reading The Luminaries once I'm done with my current read, but perhaps after that!

Oooh I really enjoyed Dead Silence! It was very spooky! And I actually have Parasite from the library just sitting on my shelf!

I'll be interested to see what you think of The Archived Kay, it's one of Schwab's earlier books and her writing has changed quite a lot since that one!

I didn't think so either but wanted to be sure! Nice tbr list to work though. I hope you like Dead Silence.
We should all get a buddy read going for Parasite if Lili is planning on reading it too

Yeah I tried The Archived years ago and didn’t finish it but I have since loved pretty much everything Schwab writes so I’m determined to try again.

Hope you have better luck with it this time! I liked it okay when I read it, I liked the concept and the idea of the world but I think because I'd read a lot her later stuff first, it just didn't quite measure up, because her plotting, worldbuilding and writing has obviously improved in the time since she wrote the book! Tbh I do always find that I prefer Schwab's Adult Fantasy to her YA anyway, so there is also that.
