Synopsis:

This book consists of poetry I have written myself whilst overcoming the battle against Depression, Anxiety and Psychosis. After being sectioned with Psychosis in 2020 I was later diagnosed with Bipolar II in December 2022. Some of the poems are about my struggles with Mania and Depression so there is content in there that can be triggering to some. There are also a few uplifting poems that give readers hope that this condition can be managed and treated with medication and that life living with a mental health condition can get better.

Am I able to read this without a kindle ?

If you still have a mental problem, what do you think if we treat it with simple drugs that do not contain neurotransmitters! It is always more useful to live with treatment rather than carry the disease with it. The prescription consists of 1 chemical drug and a few vitamin-type drugs.

This book is not in your language
