My favorite books from 2022 were:
All the lights we cannot see by Anthony Doerr
Little fire everywhere by Celeste Ng

For 2023 I've planned to complete series books:
The lord of the rings & The hobbit series
by J.R.R.Tolkien
The millennium series by Stieg Larsson

I just finished reading Fellowship of the Ring again. Fantastic series - hope you enjoy it!

I echo Noelle's choice of The Rose Code and another of my favorites that I read in 2022 was Ruby Falls.

I think my favorite from 2022 was THE EXTRAORDINARY LIFE OF SAM HILL

I plan on reading as much historical fiction as possible! Historical memoirs & self help!

Good to see, as an author of historical fiction (among other genres), that respondents to my question - Which genres do you plan on reading in 2023? - seem to rate historical fiction quite highly.
