Liv and Mack approach Jessica about leaving Savoy and working for him, allowing them to go after Royce for sexual harassment. She not only turns them down but becomes angry with and hostile towards Liv. What went wrong?

Liv didn't understand the situation completely. She went to Jessica from the point of view that everyone is like Liv. That isn't true. Liv doesn't know how to empathize with other women.
