Turns out, Oscar was allowed to retire instead of being charged as the prosecutor was reluctant to pursue this avenue. Also, they weren’t able to prove Elias Donovan put him up to destroying evidence. Your thoughts about how this played out?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I would have loved to see Oscar get prosecuted for some of the things he did. He deserved it. But I understand that they didn't have proof. Plus it would have opened a whole can of worms. There was a chance that many of the cases he worked on could be reopened to see if he tainted evidence.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1808 comments I can understand the DA's perspective, but it would have been more satisfying if Oscar had been made to pay for his actions.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I agree. I understand why they didn't prosecute, but I wanted him to pay for his actions by going to jail.
