indian delicacy, eaten piping hot on cold winter days. loosely translates to carrot mush, but don't go by the name xD it's made by slowly caramelizing grated carrot with sugar, and then adding some thick, condensed milk, cooking a bit more, and finally, garnishing with almond shavings (or any dried fruit of one's choice)
